Dear RGC,

I have decided to open the Gallery back up to all members today. All images from the old site have been converted over to the new web system. I have set a couple restrictions for the gallery, these are subject to change based on rank later on down the road.

All members can have up to five albums with twenty pictures within an album. There is also an upload restriction of one megabyte per image.

Please provide feedback and any problems with the gallery system.
